Returns Policy

Goods can be return to us only if they found to be faulty, they should be   reported to us with in the warranty period listed above. The customer has to pay the return postage cost, or we can arrange a pick up for pounds 25,- we dispatch items with utmost care and in reasonable packing, however, if you find any box or package damage at the time of receiving from courier's      driver, please DO NOT sign it and DO NOT accept the parcel. Our parts       suppliers are of good quality and that is why we don't get any complains    within warranty periods, still if you come across some problem, it will be  subjected to inspection before reaching any conclusion of refund or         replacement. ?inspection?, includes fitment report from garage, our experience tells us that the main reason of failure of any part involves ?diy? jobs, which are really not covered by any warranty, as mostly ?diy? jobs are not suitable by health and safety reasons coz of lack of proper equipment and workmanship. As part needs to be fitted in compliance with safety procedures. we are not responsible for any damages, labor, or subsequent problem in your vehicle. so please make sure before fitting any part supplied by us, that it is conforming to the standards to fit the purpose. still if you find any problem please write an email via ebay messages. we are very prompt in replying email ebay messages. we do all our listings with great care and having experience of the trade, but still we will not accept any liability for any damage, loss in any form like financial or what so ever. if you have received a wrong part means it doesn?t fit in your car or you don't need it for any reason, then you need to report to us within 7 days of purchase and return the part in original condition within 7 days of invoice, at your cost. we can arrange a pick up that will cost 25 pounds and will be deducted from the money we will be back to you. (in line with the ?distance selling act 2000? you have a 7 day cooling off period starting from the date of purchase). if you purchase a wrong part or you don?t need the part when you received, there will be a deduction of 35% of the money you paid for restocking, labor, fees or if you return the item after 7 days of purchase then it will be subjected to approval for refund, must confirm before sending the item. also you have to pay the transport that we have paid to get the item to you. even when the parcel is sold with hree postage. the postage will be depending on the county. for uk mainland parcel until 15kg is 15 pounds, from 16-30 kg its 22 pounds. all products must be returned to our supplier warehouse in Belgium please ask for authorization code and address before sending any item.
